The Sciatic nerve. How to improve the situation.

Sciatica can become a real nightmare for people affected by this issue. These nerves, the most in the whole of the body, can cause pain which is usually felt in the back of the thigh and primarily in the buttocks. However, the pain may extend as far as the feet and cause disability in some people.

In the vast majority of cases, a herniated disc is involved. There are, however, a multitude of other factors that can irritate the nerve, such as bad posture.  

In order to improve the situation, Studiogym advises you to progressively strengthen certain muscle areas and also properly stretch them.
